Miami Wild Exotics is operated by Red Dragon Exotics LLC. We keep this simple: we don't sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for their own use.

What we use

We only use what you give us, like your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order details, and your calls, texts and emails with the shop. We use it to fill your orders and answer you. That's it.

Payments and shipping

Card payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number. Merch orders are printed and shipped to you, and only the details needed to deliver your order are used for that.

Calls and texts

Calls and texts to the shop may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded or transcribed so we can follow up with you.

If you text us or agree to get texts from us, we'll only text about your order or question. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.

We do not share text-messaging (SMS) opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

VIP list and marketing alerts

If you join our VIP list, we collect your first name, email, and (if you opt in to texts) your mobile number, plus which alerts you chose. We use that only to send you new-arrival and shop-news messages you asked for.

Email alerts go only to people who checked the email box. Text alerts go only to people who checked the text box and gave a number. We never sell your info. You can unsubscribe from email anytime via the link in each message, and reply STOP to cancel texts (or HELP for help).

We keep a record of when you signed up, which consents you gave, and a version of the consent text shown — so we can prove you opted in if carriers or regulators ask.
